Brett and I have been wanting to do a Joshua Tree engagement shoot, so we were thrilled when Kate and Doug had the same idea! Thankfully they had a specific location in mind as Brett and I are still learning about the park. That location was Barker Dam Trail. It was the perfect location for the shoot. The shoot was after the heavy (for California) rainfall, so were we were lucky to have water in the reservoir.  This 1.5 mile loop was scenic, and mostly flat (unless we make you hike up a tall rock to get an awesome shot!) Thanks Kate and Doug for being adventurous! You were awesome.
